Before your event, we review the schedule, the floor plan, and the key moments you need on record: the keynote, the award presentation, the networking reception. On the day, we work without disrupting the flow — moving quietly through the room, anticipating transitions, and staying out of the speakers' sightlines. The documentary approach means we are as interested in the delegate listening as in the speaker talking, as attentive to the side conversation at the registration table as to the main stage. The result is a complete visual account that your communications team can use across all channels: post-event reports, social media, internal newsletters, and press releases.

Standard event delivery is 200–500 curated, colour-graded images within 4 weeks of the event date. Rush delivery (within 72 hours of the event) is available for an additional fee — please request this at the booking stage so we can schedule post-processing time accordingly. We do not offer unlimited raw-file transfers or unedited galleries; every delivered image has been reviewed and colour-graded to a consistent standard. Pricing is calculated by coverage duration (half-day 4 hrs, full-day 8 hrs, multi-day) and communicated in a written quote before any agreement is signed.
